HR 10475 · To protect the independence of the Smithsonian Institution, the National Museum of African American History and Culture, and other Federally supported cultural institutions, to preserve accurate and inclusive American history, to reaffirm the mission fiduciary authority of the NMAAHC Council, and to ensure that no executive action may limit their ability to research, present, and educate the public through exhibits and programming, and for other purposes.

Referred to the Committee on House Administration, and in addition to the Committee on Natural Resources, for a period to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned.
